What documents are required for health insurance?


The documents needed are: Passport, NIE or DNI data.

A method of payment: a Spanish bank account or a Wire Transfer.

You will also be asked to complete a health questionnaire and provide an address in Spain where you would like to receive the health policy and your card. If your insurance starts before your arrival in Spain, we can hold it for you in our office in Valencia. The correspondence address does not need to be your home address although, in order to receive home visits from a doctor or nurse in Spain, changes of home address should be communicated within 7 days.

Information about your place of permanent residence or residency status will not be necessary.
