Personal data provided by the client will be processed by this company in order to obtain correct, professional and commercial management, as well as the appropriate communication, and corresponding administrative management.
Appropriate personal data will be retained while the current professional or commercial relationship is maintained, if its removal is not requested by the client, and in any case, it will be retained for a period of six years from the time of last contact between parties.

3.- What is the legitimation for personal data processing?

The legitimation for personal data processing comes from the voluntary consent given by the client through signing the agreement, and the establishment of an explicit or implicit contractual relationship between both parties.

4.- Which recipients will your data be communicated to?
As a general rule, processed personal data will not be ceded to third parties, apart from those cases in which a law requires it. In the case of taking out insurance, they will be ceded to Mesag Seguros, S.L, as the mediator company; and to Servicios Colectivos de Bajo Coste, S.L., Coasf 2018, S.L., y Consulting Low Cost 2016 Service, S.L., in the case of collective insurance.
Likewise, they will be ceded in those cases of preventing a real risk, penalty of criminal offences or for a specific investigation (for example at the request of the police).
They will only be allowed to be ceded for other purposes if the client or user has been previously informed. In these special cases, the processing of data will be limited exclusively to the purposes for which they were ceded.

5.- What are your rights when your data is provided to us?
