At Gidea, we’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Client & Collections Manager. Our team is growing fast, and we want someone full of energy, positivity, and a strong customer-first mindset.
⚠Please note: Native-level English (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role. You’ll be using English daily to communicate with clients and colleagues.

What will you be doing?
Managing service renewals and client collections.
Following up on outstanding payments and resolving claims.
Keeping our customer database accurate and up to date.
Spotting opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients.
What are we looking for?
Native or near-native English fluency (spoken and written) – this is non-negotiable.
A positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
A team player who contributes to a fun and productive work environment.
Experience in customer service, collections, or similar roles (a plus, but not essential).
