You do not need a Spanish bank account for your first year — you can pay by bank transfer, Wise, or credit or debit card. Once you become a resident in Spain, a Spanish bank account is usually needed, especially to set up the monthly direct debit for your policy.

How do I know when is my next payment?
We will notify you by email when your next transfer is due. Monthly Direct Debit payments are charged in the beginning of every month from your Spanish bank account.
