In most cases, a health insurance policy can only be cancelled at renewal, not during the active policy period. Your policy runs for its full term — usually 12 months — and renews automatically each year unless you tell us otherwise.

To cancel, please give us at least 30 days’ (one month’s) notice before your renewal date.

If you cancel part-way through the term, or you leave Spain earlier than planned, your cover normally stays active until the end of the contracted period. Partial refunds for unused months are typically not available once the policy has started.
