First, select a hospital / clinic / specialist from provided medical directory and schedule an appointment.

On your arrival for a consultation, please make sure that you show your health insurance card and Photo ID to the reception.  You are also advised to have your health card with you at all times in the event urgent medical service is required.

When seeking for medical care, the medical staff will identify you and charge the insurance company directly, and you won’t be asked to pay anything when being attended.
